小游戏,大道理

家长不仅是家庭教育的主角，也是学校教育活动重要的支持者、参与者、合作者。学校管理者有责任也有义务通过各种途径，唤醒家长的主体意识。新学期，大丰外国语学校沿袭传统，按时开展了“家长进课堂”活动。

Parents are not only the protagonists of family education, but also important supporters, participants and collaborators of school education activities. DFLS has the responsibility and obligation to arouse the parent's subjective consciousness through various channels.

大丰外国语学校三楼舞蹈房，资深幼儿教育专家、8B班季晋锋的妈妈——城南幼儿园的李晓燕园长给丰外全体师生带来一节主题为“小游戏大道理”的精彩课堂。

At 3 o'clock on the afternoon of September 22,in the dance room on the third floor of DFLS, the owner of this "Parent enters the classroom" is the mother of 8B class Henry - the head of Chengnan Kindergarten named Li Xiaoyan.

第一个环节，叫“我是谁”，孩子们两两一组，AB两人，互说各自的优点与缺点，然后再十人一大组，开始游戏卡片的传递。通过游戏，李园长告诉孩子们：接纳自己，每时每刻都处在最好的状态，实事求是。即使遇到困难、挫折，也要相信自己能做好当下的事情。

Through the game, Mrs Li told the children: accept yourself and do what you can.

第二个环节：复印机。从全体学生中选出8名学生站到门外，然后室内师生做一组动作，依次让门外8名同学进行动作的“复印”，最后的结果是第一个同学与最后一个同学的动作有着天壤之别，引得学生们捧腹大笑。李园长通过此游戏告诉孩子们：生活中要学会经常性地自我反思。

In this game, Mrs Li told the children: Learn to reflect on themselves.

第三个环节：手指转转。全体师生先将手指从上而下逆时针旋转，转到后面，我们发现旋转的方向变成了顺时针。这个游戏，李园长告诉孩子们：要学会换位思考。在班级同学之中，换位思考，改善关系，增强团队凝聚力。在家庭中，换位思考，更加理解父母，更加和谐幸福。

In this game, Mrs Li told the children: Learn to change positions.

第四个环节：盲人撕纸。所有学生，闭上眼睛，将手中的纸对折。先在左上角撕一个弧形，再在右下角撕一个直角。然后，打开纸片，观察一下自己的作品。这个游戏，李园长告诉孩子们：我们每个人都有自己的个性，对同一件事或者同一个问题会有不同的看法。不要把自己的想法、意志强加给别人，要学会尊重别人。面对那些自己不能理解的人或事，要以宽容的心态包涵。在很多问题上是没有绝对的对和错，在人与人交往时，求同存异，集百家之长，聚众人智慧，实现美好的梦想。

There are no absolute right and wrong on many issues. When people interact with each other,they will seek common ground while reserving differences, gather the strengths of hundreds of families, gather the wisdom of all people, and realize beautiful dreams.

家长的职业、阅历与专长对学校来说是一笔隐形的财富，充分利用家长的教育资源，使家长真正融进整个教育体系，这是大丰外国语学校一直在践行的合育理念。我们期望有更多的家长走上丰外的教育舞台，和老师们一起为孩子的明天加油！
